1. Acceptance & Binding Agreement

By accessing, browsing, registering for, or purchasing access passes to WingoTrend ("the Platform"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service, along with our Privacy Policy and Risk Disclosure. If you do not accept these terms in full, you must discontinue your use of our platform immediately.

2. Nature of Software: Mathematical Intelligence

WingoTrend is an independent software-as-a-service (SaaS) suite delivering quantitative sequence tracking, Poisson probability estimations, and Markov chain algorithmic pattern visualizations.

3. User Eligibility & Jurisdiction

Access to this platform is strictly limited to individuals who:

• Are at least 18 years of age or the applicable age of majority under the laws of their country or territory.
• Have full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements.
• Reside in a jurisdiction where the viewing and utilization of probability analysis software is permitted by law.

4. Subscription Passes & Digital Delivery

All passes (including Quantum, Wingo AI, Wingo Pro, and Bot Matrix) grant an individual, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable digital license to access cloud inference servers during the active pass timeframe. Digital software tokens are provisioned instantly upon payment confirmation.

5. Intellectual Property & Prohibited Activities

All algorithms, interface designs, visual elements, telemetry models, and codebases are the exclusive intellectual property of WingoTrend. You agree NOT to:

• Decompile, reverse-engineer, modify, or extract the underlying model parameters of our prediction engines.
• Use unauthorized automated bots, headless scrapers, or excessive API hammering scripts against our servers.
• Redistribute, syndicate, or commercially resell our proprietary signals without express prior written authorization.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, WingoTrend and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your reliance on probability signals, network downtime, draw desynchronization, or personal capital allocation decisions.
