1. Digital SaaS Product & Immediate Consumption

WingoTrend provides digital access tokens that unlock cloud-hosted neural network inferences, low-latency live telemetry websockets, and synchronized trend databases. Because these digital computing assets are instantly consumed upon session initialization, standard physical merchandise return rules do not apply.

2. Eligible Refund Conditions

We honor full refunds or pass extensions under the following verified technical circumstances:

Confirmed Outage of Platform Servers: Unplanned server downtime exceeding four (4) consecutive hours during the active window of your purchased pass.

Duplicate Billing Error: If an automated payment gateway processes multiple charges for the same pass order, the excess charges will be refunded immediately upon confirmation.

Token Provisioning Failure: If payment succeeds but our backend fails to issue your access credential within 2 hours and our support team cannot manually rectify it.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will NOT be granted under the following circumstances:

Session Draw Outcomes: Displeasure or trading losses incurred during individual draw rounds. Algorithmic software calculates probabilities and does not guarantee winning cycles.

Partial Pass Consumption: Change of mind after accessing signals or consuming real-time draw analysis for more than 30 minutes.

Client-Side Network Issues: User-side internet disruptions, incompatible legacy browsers, or device-level firewall blocks.

4. Subscription Cancellation Procedure

You maintain total control over your recurring passes:

You may cancel recurring renewals at any time directly through your billing portal or by messaging our verification bot.
When you cancel, your active pass remains valid until the final second of your paid cycle. You will never be billed again unless you manually re-activate.

5. Refund Timeline & Processing Method

Approved refunds are credited back to the original method of payment (Credit/Debit card, UPI, or supported digital wallet) within 3 to 7 business days, depending on your banking provider's settlement schedule.

6. Billing Disputes & Support Desk

If you experience a billing anomaly or want to request an outage review, please send your Transaction Reference ID and Account Token to our support desk via our official verified Telegram channel. We review all billing tickets within 12 hours.
